Staying grounded on an ascending planet ✨

I’ve just had a lush weekend with long-standing bestie, who visited me in Cambridgeshire.

It was soul-food for us both to spend quality chill time together having fun, laughing, dancing, eating, getting out in nature and catching up before I fly out to Ethiopia tomorrow for a new adventure.

Whilst in Cambridgeshire I got to see the stunning northern lights again - a beautiful red hue I could see with the naked eye and through my relic phone.

So much energy arriving on the planet! 

The last couple of weeks I have had heart opening experiences to show love to others - even those I have diverted away from in recent months. Delicately balancing my human experience with my inner wisdom.

I’ve been continuing to develop Quantum Touch, balancing friends’ and family members chakras so energy can flow more easily around them - giving them an energetic jump start - with seemingly positive effect.

Even when we think nothing is happening, we look back and see what happened and how far we’ve come.
