Introspection, alignment and new frequencies 🌈

The past several weeks I’ve mostly been in south-west London focusing on and developing my first company @rohorafiki.

Steadily eating my way through various packets of “Forest Feasts”. 🌰🍫

It’s been a really transformative and introspective period personally.

I’ve revisited healing, old thought patterns, my shadow aspects and origination and been challenged to look at past pain (again) presented through mirror people and environmental scenarios.

This includes confronting issues such as shame, blame, guilt, distraction, attachment, defence, self-sabotage, and self-love. Realising energy blocks I’ve been causing myself because of my thought pattern programming and hidden limiting beliefs. Levelling up.

Although at times I’ve felt frustrated (ego) by revisiting old healing, not getting “wanted” opportunities, things not working out (as expected), and making sloooow progress with @rohorafiki, I now see these not as failures, but alignment. Reconfiguring my outdated programming and coping mechanisms - I’m aligning for what’s to come, and IS for me; releasing what isn’t and laying solid foundations within and without.

There’s also been collective energies to manoeuvre through... anger, frustration, irritability. However, I’ve also been vibrating like crazy with influxes of new energies too, and they’ve felt wild - incredible! 🤪✨

My February highlights included:

• Reuniting with my friend Carmen at the V&A museum in London; since our adventures in South Africa & Spain 
• Spending much time in Kew - the market and Gardens with a free pass, walking, anchoring + grounding ☀️👣
• Paying a brief visit to my folks’, where I found myself at the nearby Hemlock Stone which had significant energy in the area + a caduceus symbol nearby.   
• Dad and I ‘playing’ in the woods at Elvaston Castle; swinging from trees, jumping in muddy puddles and kicking leaves - priceless 🥰

And I’m starting to see in my reality why things didn’t work out as I “thought”… divine detours and protection, and better outcomes! ☺️
